When booking a Music Video or Brand Promo Video, the date you select is SOLELY for the concept consultation. During the consultation is when we will set the specific date and time for your session.
When booking a Video Portrait or Day In the Life - Visual Journal, the date and time you select is your actual session date and time unless discussed otherwise during concept consultation. I will contact you within 24hrs after receiving your booking and deposit to schedule the concept consultation. Booking is only available 72 hours in advance so that we have time to create your concept.
All sessions will require a nonrefundable deposit. All payments will be accepted through PayPal. Final payment must be made at the end of the session.
Once booked, all clients will receive a contract to sign detailing the specifics of each session.
All sessions EXCEPT Music Video will have a 1 week turnaround time. Music Video will have a 2 week turnaround time.
For the Video Portrait Sessions, the client may bring an additional 1-2 people maximum along during the session. Additional guest fees are listed in the add on section of any applicable sessions.
For the Music Video and Brand Promo Video, an NDA must be signed prior to the concept consultation to ensure that any ideas created during our consultation can not be used elsewhere.
All clients for all sessions must sign a contract based on discussed terms to complete booking.
Only servicing Alexandria + Arlington, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia (with travel fee). Inquire for any other locations. Travel Fees will be included in final quote.
